Process
A better way to plan a rebuild.

Start with what must be true at launch, then work backwards through the decisions that make it possible.
01
Begin with the moment
A date alone is not a plan. Define what needs to be ready for that moment: a new market entry, a change in the offer, a campaign, a sales cycle, or an internal handover.
02
Protect the irreversible decisions
Positioning, information architecture, and content direction are difficult to correct late. Give them the attention before visual polish and implementation begin.
03
Leave room for reality
A good plan has points for review, clear owners, and room for the practical friction that appears when a project meets real people and real content.
