Why Ktizos exists

When the business has changed, the website needs to catch up.

A business can be thoughtful, exacting, and genuinely good at what it does, then meet the world through a website that says none of that. Ktizos exists to close that gap.

The name

Building is more than putting things together.

Ktizos takes its name from the idea of building: not decoration applied at the end, but a structure made with care for the forces it has to carry.

That is how we approach digital work. We pay attention to the language a business uses, the questions a visitor arrives with, the details that cause hesitation, and the realities of the people who will run the site after launch.

The result should feel considered without asking to be admired. It should make a business easier to recognise, easier to trust, and easier to choose.

The questions we ask

What needs to be true when the site goes live?

The answer tells us more than a list of requested pages. It gives the project a real standard to work towards.

01

What has changed in the business?

A new direction, audience, offer, or level of ambition changes what the site needs to communicate.

02

Where do prospects hesitate?

That moment often points to missing proof, unclear language, or a path through the site that asks too much of the visitor.

03

Who needs to use the site after launch?

Content editors, sales teams, and operations teams need a system that works in the ordinary week after a project ends.

04

What cannot be compromised?

A launch date, existing platform, internal process, or accessibility requirement is useful information, not an inconvenience.

The Process

Our 6-phase route from initial brief to launch.

We believe a website launch should never be a leap of faith. Every project follows a clear, accountable sequence: Discovery, Strategy, Design, Development, Launch, and Growth.

Explore full process phases
01. Discovery

Understanding stakeholder goals, category landscape, and technical constraints before building.

02. Strategy

Defining information architecture, page hierarchy, content direction, and conversion goals.

03. Design

Crafting visual systems, interface behavior, typography, and responsive layouts.

04. Development

Engineering high-performance frontend code, CMS structure, and accessibility checks.

05. Launch

Executing QA checks, metadata verification, analytics configuration, and deployment.

06. Growth

Continuous post-launch support, performance optimization, and feature enhancements.

Our working philosophy

Craft is the discipline of making the right thing clear.

01

Start with the real pressure

A new site is often requested as the answer. We look for the decision, change, or bottleneck underneath it.

02

Keep the joins visible

Strategy, words, design, and engineering affect each other. We keep those conversations connected instead of passing them down a line.

03

Respect the people who inherit it

A launch is not a reveal. It is the beginning of a tool your team needs to use with confidence.

A practical partnership

Straight answers, close attention, and enough room to do the work properly.

We work best with people who care about the substance behind their business and want a digital partner who will engage with it. If that sounds like the brief, let’s have a useful first conversation.
